WE ARE MARO is a brand of handmade leather cases based at C/ Cirilo Amorós, 66, 46004 Valencia, Spain. You can contact us at hello.wearemaro@gmail.com with any question about your order or these terms.

2. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order in our store, you accept these Terms of Service, as well as our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, all available on this website.

3. Our products
All our cases are handmade from genuine leather. Because of the handmade process, each piece may show slight variations in tone, texture or finish compared to the photos. This is part of the nature of the product and is not considered a defect. Many of our pieces are one of a kind (1/1): once sold, they can't be restocked or replaced with an identical one.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through the store's integrated payment gateway. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice.

5. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, costs and destinations. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

6. Returns and exchanges
See our Refund Policy for the conditions that apply, especially for one of one pieces.

WE ARE MARO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or circumstances beyond our control. We'll always do our best to solve any issue with your order quickly and fairly.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from a purchase will be handled by the courts that apply under consumer protection law.
