Shipping policy

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of your order and the delivery address. You'll see the exact amount before you pay.

Free shipping
Orders shipped within Spain over €100 ship for free.

Processing time
Every order is prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days after purchase, as each piece is made or checked by hand before it leaves the workshop. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the destination.

Customs
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are paid by the customer.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
